INFORMATION ABOUT THE RULES OF ACCOMMODATION IN THE HOTEL

 

Rules for staying in a hotel with pets

 

  

In our hotel are allowed:

- Small dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 8 kg.

- Guide dogs and service dogs.

Strictly forbidden:

- accommodation of dogs of hunting, service and fighting breeds, and also dogs without accompanying veterinary documents

Note:

The cost of placing a pet is 500 UAH / day per pet. Guide dogs and service dogs are provided free of charge.
If additional cleaning and disinfection of the room is required, a fee of UAH 1000 will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the catering areas (restaurants, bars and adjacent areas), as well as in the spa area of ​​the hotel, except for guide dogs and service dogs.
Pets are not allowed without the supervision of the owners in the hotel room, in the lobby, as well as in other areas of the hotel.
Pets in public areas of the hotel must be on a leash or in hand
Do not wash pets in the bathroom or shower, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel room.
The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room by the hotel staff.
The guest is obliged to bring food and drink bowls, hygiene bags and mats.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the pets on site.
In case of damage to hotel property, as well as other guests, all costs to cover this damage are paid by the pet owner.

 

The hotel reserves the right to determine whether the pet can stay in the room. Guests with pets are only allowed in the hotel upon prior reservation, subject to availability.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with a pet in case of non-compliance with the external and behavioral characteristics of the animal to the established rules.

When staying in a hotel with pets, the Guest is obliged to read the "Rules of residence of guests with pets" and sign a signature confirming compliance with these rules.
The final decision on registration is made on condition of the documents executed in accordance with the established procedure (the veterinary passport, the certificate on a state of health of the unified sample, etc.) and payment of cost of placement of house yellow. The fee will be charged upon arrival.

The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Guest staying with a pet and leave the hotel:

            - in case of violation of the rules of residence; - aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of a pet.
